Withdrawal & Cancellation

When does the subscription end?

You are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The minimum contract term is one month.

Cancellation stops renewal at the earliest possible date. You can generally use the period already paid for until it ends, unless the specific order or a reversal provides otherwise. Refer to Digistore24’s confirmation of the termination date.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Information about the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to your purchase is provided during the Digistore24 ordering process. The requirements and possible consequences of immediate activation are also explained there. Immediate activation alone does not automatically mean that a statutory right of withdrawal has expired.
